It's Aiba month!!! And tomorrow is his day and off course X'mas Eve!
I've been skipping lots of episodes (I'll make an effort to backtrack and do the caps for the older episodes, especially the gardening ones), but until then, this episode will do. The Manabu members are giving Aiba-chan a 'surprise' birthday and x'mas party, but, off course in the end the birthday boy is the one doing most of the work LOL. It's a fun episode as always. I like Mori-san and you'll understand why from this episode XD.

Whee! According to my own stats this would be my 30th Arashi bangumi review! *claps*
A quick glance at my picasa web albums shows that I have close to 6000 screenshots uploaded! Woots! This is… unbelievable! I really take that many screenshot? >< Wow!

Anyhow… after all those reviews of stuff that aired long ago… I finally bring you something recent! Last week's TSD Aiba and Nino cut! It’s a short one though, just 22 minutes of video. I know the show is a 2 hour SP, but I’m too lazy to review the whole episode :P Too bad kekeke…

Hmm I hope this Aiba cut won’t be too messy… I watched last’s week’s 3 hour SP TSD Aiba cut, and it was kinda… jumping all over the place at some parts. Well it IS Aiba cuts only after all ne? >< A special double release today! Let’s go!

EDIT: Wow, looks like i went over board with the screen shots again? LJ forced me to split this into two posts!

Hohoho, here we go! My very first TSD review! TSD stands for Tensai! Shimura Doubutsuen (天才！志村どうぶつ園 Genius! Shimura Zoo) by the way. Aw come on, you knew that didn’t you? :P Aiba started appearing on that show waaayyyy back in 2004, where he quickly became on of the co-hosts. Thanks to this, he became to first Arashi member to have a regular appearance on a show that’s not hosted by Arashi, as you already know from Aiba’s wikipedia page I suppose. And really, he still was the only guy who appears on varieties (regularly) outside of their own shows… till last year when they all started setting up their own shop that is :P Ah i still feel so guilty about… not having the time to watch Aiba Manabu. Yet I’m already falling behind on my Nino-san and AnShi and VSA watching. I’d like to do a review of Nino-san someday… I downloaded all the raws so the only problem is time and motivation. Motivation seems to be high recently but time is a problem ne?

Ok, enough small talk. On to business. A word of note though, I got the TSD video pre-cut. I trust my source to cut out Aiba’s part nicely for me, but I really wouldn’t know better if there’s some parts that’s been accidentally left out. Said source prefers to remain anonymous so let’s keep it that way. :P (I think some of you know where I’m getting my files from though! ;) )

Ok, since its cuts so its kind of in bits and pieces… but its really amusing anyway so enjoy!

This episode is where the mature guest will teach them the skills to become an adult. This time, the pair went to Karuizawa.
They went to the illusion museum and went bowling

Aiba was so excited when he heard that the present for winning the bowling match is 5 million yen worth of hotel stay.

And so the pair, along with the guest started bowling.

Kids Dinner - Junba Pairing

Did I mention how Junba pairing is special to me? Cos they are like elder brothers team, me thinks. And I imagined myself as their younger sister all the time (;

This episode's child is a kawaii and mature 5 year old girl. The way she cajol her brother is like an adult. The non-stop crying toddler who cried very long, made Junba quite helpless.

Look! The usually composed Jun became erotic!

In my opinion, these 2 oni-chans have some decent experience in cooking, so watching their cooking process is comfortable. And yeah, look at serious Jun cooking a meal! I think this is the base for Bambino in the making!

What funny culinary ideas did Aiba made? My reaction was the same as Jun xD

Aiba was able to play quite well with the little girl, considering that he has younger sibling experience. He knows how to involve the child with his activities, such as getting the little girl to help his with eggs cracking and wiping his tears(!!!) (;

Jun, as the charmer of the group, also managed to work his magic on the little girl too (;

Junba was clearly enjoying the filming because there are smiles on their faces. Really happy and big smiles. This is one of the episodes that I really enjoyed watching.
Also because you get to see DoS Jun playing tenderly with the girl (;

Ahh.. im having bad mood these days.. allow me to bask under Aiba sunshine and watch cute baby animals for this review (;

This episode, Aiba and co-host search for unusual baby animals. the first 30minutes does not have much Aiba in the scenes. But there are some quick shots of Masaki onisan carrying baby animals tenderly (;

AIba was sent to Hong Kong by Shimura encho. When he reaches Hong Kong, he meets his senior Higashiyam Noriyuki. Noriyuki needs Aiba to find him a tiger for the movie that he is starring.

Given only 10 hours, will Aiba find the tiger on time? See Aiba runs around Hong Kong. And uses pictorial aka Aiba draws a tiger!!! to overcome the language barrier.
