The website and organization looks legimate, but Im starting to have some doubts on certain things.

As mentioned by arashifan619, this music award had its own voting session last year too. but there wasn't any ceremony held. They had a history of no ceremony held on 2009 and since 2010, there wasnt any ceremonies held. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Music_Awards). For 2013, there wasnt any ceremony planned.

And clicking on the 2010 music awards on wiki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010_World_Music_Awards), it does seems that the world music award is a big event since there were many celebrity award winners and presenters (http://www.vogue.co.uk/spy/celebrity-photos/2010/05/19/world-music-awards-2010).

I was thinking since the ceremony was not held on 2011 and 2012, at least there should be a winner's list? I can't seem to find the winners list after searching the net.

My personal opinion is that this award ceremony is real. Looking at that there wasn't any ceremony held since 2010, I'm not sure if the ceremony will be held. We might not be able to know if Arashi did win since there was no winner's lists for the years when there was no ceremony held. But if there will be a ceremony this year or next year, then we may be able to know if Arashi does win. For now, if there will be no ceremony held/planned, we wouldnt be able to know if Arashi wins, even if we voted alot.
